On February 8, Bistro Terrace Quinta do Tedo reopened for the second season of our collaboration with Família Geadas, revered for their one Michelin Star G Restaurante, a “don’t miss” for a refined and authentic meal in Bragança.
On February 28, at the annual Michelin Gala in Algarve (PT), Bistro Terrace Quinta do Tedo was awarded with the 2024 Michelin Guide’s Recommended prize.
What a jump! This distinction recognizes every member of our small and mighty Bistro Terrace Quinta do Tedo Team’s hard work, passion and talent, from Chef to Sous-Chef, and Sommelier to Server.
In the 2024 Michelin Guide’s words, “If you’re looking for somewhere with good food and stunning views, this is the perfect place. Part of the Quinta of the same name, at the confluence of the Douro and Tedo rivers, the restaurant boasts a welcoming ambience and extensive windows to maximize views of the spectacular landscapes here. It is run by the Geadas brothers (Chef Óscar Geadas and Sommelier António Geadas), who are known for the success of their restaurant in the north of the country (Bragança). The focus is on the culinary traditions of the Trás-os-Montes region, which is reflected in deliciously fresh fish dishes and perfectly prepared meats.
